Hostpixal Scam Review - PayPal Not Efficient

I wrote everything on this blog with a sincere and honest review of what I had gone through or the real experienced I got from the usage of the service given to me.

Note: The $4 For 3 Years Shared Hosting Prime Package is an invitation to treat. Their main purpose is US$ 252.00 after the 3 Years.

However, within the 2 weeks or less than 14 days, they suspended my account without any notification. Bear in mind, I used the domain for subscribing to a few hosting companies without an issue.

The reason I changed the hosting company was because of the cPanel Control Panel increased their cPanel pricing - https://cpanel.net/pricing/

I was given a Direct Admin Control Panel.

Date of subscription: October 31, 2019

- Got the login within the same day.
- Testing for a few days.
- Site unable to connect on November 03, 2019
- Upload file to the public_html took almost 3 hours.


- The same file uploaded to other servers took less than 10 minutes.

Opened ticket support on November 03, 2019. They sent a different server,

Opened ticket support on November 06, 2019 and they replied on November 08, 2019 with,
Control Panel URL: https://208.167.239.195:2083/

Can you see the difference?
They sent me a new cPanel Control Panel URL login and not the Direct Admin Control Panel. This looks great, wasn't it?

However, after I backup and restore the file to my domain, the next day, on November 08, 2019 they suspended my account with no reason and no email notification.


So, although they gave ONLY 7-day guarantee Refund Policy, I tried to open a PP resolution to claim a refund.



Refund Policy strictly states that customers who are not satisfied with products and services offered by HostPixal may seek a refund from HostPixal within 7 days of first signup.
Refund Policy is not available for setup fees, IP addresses, administrative fees, whmcs, Boxbilling, Dedicated or VPS servers (Due to the nature of our industry and the costs involved with provisioning and maintaining your service) and install fees and Domain Registrations.
You may seek a refund by sending an email to sales@hostpixal.com After 7 days, refunds are not entertained.

PayPal Resolution Opened on November 09, 2019.

With the PP resolution opened, the Hostpixal quickly sent another login. A totally different login URL.

GOT THE SUSPENSION NOTICE WITH THE SAME DAY I OPEN THE PP RESOLUTION.

REASON: This is a notification that your service has now been suspended. The details of this suspension are below:

Amount: $252.00 USD
Due Date: Thursday, October 31st, 2019
Suspension Reason: Overdue on Payment
Please contact us as soon as possible to get your service reactivated.

HAHAHA!  A 3 years plan which DUE ON October 31st, 2022 suspended in less than 2 weeks. Did you believe it?

Remarks: I had enough, boring and tiresome with this keep changing plus problem server, I completely ignored their message!

Received PP message on November 12, 2019

Dear XXXX,
Unfortunately, we had to deny your claim(s). This decision was made because our records show that the item or service associated with this transaction was delivered to you.
We're sorry for any problems you may have experienced with the transaction(s).

This was definitely not the PP's fault, it was the HostPixal short-terms of guarantee( 7-day) and their tricks to change the server Nameservers and the server location.

The reason I opened a PP resolution to get a little awareness or attention to the eye of PP. Therefore, I hope more and more people do the same thing as I did in hoping innocent people DO NOT become the next victim.
